What to expect during your first visit:

  • You will have a physical exam with your physician to assess your lungs, heart and any swelling you may have. 

  • You will likely have blood drawn to check your kidney function and other kidney related lab tests. 

  • You will be scheduled outpatient tests as necessary such as an ultrasound. 

  • Your physician will review and discuss with you any recent test results and review all medical history.

  • Discuss a treatment plan that is best for you.
